Et voici le dessert de Noël mais pas que. C’était la première fois que je réalisais une ganache (autant vous dire que c’était rigolo). Ce n’est pas lisse et pas parfait, pas de jugement sur ma ganache, merci lol. Après tout, c’est aussi une manière pour moi de vous dire que tout n’a pas besoin d’être parfait. Et je vous promets que c’était délicieux.
